Mr. Heble is a registered patent attorney. Trained in both Law and Pharmacy, he is a partner in Altus Labs, LLC – a drug development and consumer product company focused on cannabinoid-based topical solutions for treating and preventing inflammatory and immune-mediated diseases (e.g., atopic dermatitis); and is a co-founder of Thubrikar Aortic Valve, Inc. (TAVI) – a clinical-stage medical device company advancing a transcatheter aortic valve, for which he currently serves as Corporate Secretary and Board Advisor. Nik brings to MERLIN Biotech extensive experience in: business development; alliance management; financing; product development and regulatory strategy; intellectual property-related issues; and board governance.
